Page Lead Generation Setup

Configuring System Settings

  1. Navigate to Advanced > Settings
  2. Search for page.lead.generation.enabled
  3. Click the setting and set the value to true
  4. Save your changes
    • This setting enables a custom lead generation form on a page that redirects the user to a PDF upon submission

Setting Up the Taxonomy

  1. Navigate to Taxonomy > Classification
  2. Locate the Leads classification
    • If the Leads classification does not exist, create it and add Sponsors as a child classification beneath it
  3. Under the Leads classification, add Enable Page Lead Form as a child classification if it is not already present
  4. Save your changes

Adding Custom Fields

  1. Navigate to Advanced > Custom Fields
  2. Expand the Add Page form group section
  3. Select Page Lead Form
  4. The following fields are available by default:
    • First Name [pdf.lead.first.name]
    • Last Name [pdf.lead.last.name]
    • Email [pdf.lead.email]
    • Job Title [pdf.lead.job.title]
    • Role [pdf.lead.role]
    • Country [pdf.lead.country]
    • Permission [pdf.lead.permission]
  5. To add additional fields, click Add Custom Field at the bottom of the form group
  6. Use the Activate and Deactivate buttons to control which fields appear on the form

Creating and Tagging a Page

  1. Create a new page in the system
  2. In the page settings, navigate to the classifications section
  3. Tag the page with the Enable Page Lead Form classification under Leads
  4. Save and publish the page
