You can now search for products by rate code in Continuum’s Product area. Until now, the only way to find a rate code was to open each product and check its rate code field one by one. Now you can filter products by custom field values, including rate code, and find the right product quickly.

How it works

In the Product area, filter by the rate code custom field and type the value you want. Values aren’t picked from a dropdown, which keeps search fast. Article search already works this way.

Results come from indexed product data, so the values can be searched.

Good to know

Each site’s product data has to be indexed before custom field search will return results. If a site hasn’t been indexed yet, you won’t see an error. You’ll just get an empty result list.
