You can now edit an article's headline directly within the newsletter layout — no need to navigate away to the article itself.

When building or reviewing a newsletter, you can click on any article headline to edit it inline. This gives you the flexibility to tailor how a headline reads in the context of your newsletter without affecting the original article. The headline on the source article remains unchanged. When a change is made to the headline rendered in the newsletter, that newsletter headline is also available on the article page.

This update streamlines your newsletter editing workflow, making it faster and easier to fine-tune your content presentation right where you need it.

1. Navigate to Editorial > Newsletters
2. Select a newsletter and click Edit Newsletter
3. Locate the article whose headline you wish to edit and click the override option next to the headline
4. The Edit Newsletter Headline dialog will appear displaying the original headline
5. Enter your alternate headline in the Newsletter Headline Override field
6. Click Save
   • To revert back to the original headline, click Clear Override

Note: Inline headline editing is not currently supported for newsletters attached to an AI Design Engine Layout Template. Support for this template type is planned for an upcoming release.
